Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced and strategic AD – US IT Recruitment to lead and drive end-to-end IT recruitment for US operations for one of our major BPO Client in Bengaluru
Key Responsibilities :
- Actively engage in sourcing, screening, and managing end-to-end recruitment for US roles.
- Ability to start as a sourcing expert and evolve into a full-desk recruiter managing clients and
- candidates.
- Manage, coach, and mentor a team of US recruiters and sourcers.
- Scale the team from 10 to 50+, based on business needs. Set and monitor performance metrics, productivity standards, targets, and KPIs.
- Ensure strong collaboration through a 2-in-a-box model with onsite US recruiters.
- Utilize modern ATS, sourcing tools, automation platforms, and AI-based solutions to improve
- efficiency.
- Drive a “do more with less” mindset across the team.
- Identify and implement innovative solutions to increase recruiter productivity.
- Work closely with US onsite partners to align on hiring strategies, updates, and delivery timelines.
- Provide regular reporting, analytics, and insights for leadership decision-making.
Required Skills and Experience :
Mandatory Bangalore location (or willingness to relocate).Minimum 18+ years of experience in US Recruitment, including strong hands-on sourcing.Deep understanding of US hiring practices, visa classifications (H1B, GC, USC, etc.), and tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099).Experience managing teams (team leads, recruiters, sourcers).Strong exposure to US staffing, contract and full-time hiring, and volume & niche hiring.Preferably handled US + Europe markets.
