Job Title : Senior Data Analyst - Insight Driven Decision Maker

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing large complex datasets to extract actionable insights and inform strategic decision making.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably within the software industry. You will have strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets, and excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze large complex datasets to extract actionable insights and inform strategic decision making
• Develop and maintain advanced analytics models to optimize product performance and user experience
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into data driven solutions
• Design and implement experiments to test hypotheses and evaluate the effectiveness of product enhancements
• Assist product teams in transitioning towards self service analytics, enabling them to leverage data independently for decision making
