Java Springboot AWS Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced  Java, Springboot and AWS Lead (MLSE / LSE)  to join our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for leading and driving the development of complex, scalable, and high-performance applications utilizing Java, Springboot, and AWS cloud services.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers to ensure the successful delivery of projects
• Design and develop highly scalable, secure, and maintainable applications using Java and Springboot
• Architect, implement, and optimize AWS cloud services and infrastructure
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with business goals
• Troubleshoot and address performance and security issues
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies and best practices in Java, Springboot, and AWS
