• Job Description :
• Handle walk-ins and telephonic inquiries at the branch to guide potential students effectively.
• Convert walk-ins and inquiries into successful admissions.
• Plan and execute promotional activities to raise awareness about TOPS courses, ensuring a seamless transition from inquiry to admission.
• Schedule batches for various courses offered by TOPS, keeping track of course timelines and updates.
• Address and resolve student queries, ensuring client satisfaction and a positive experience.
• Manage branch cash and cheque deposits in a timely manner.
• Motivate branch staff to achieve quarterly and yearly targets, fostering a collaborative and goal-oriented environment.
• Oversee and maintain branch operations, including business-related and performance tracking reports.
• Ensure systematic tracking of inquiries, admissions, and overall business progress.
• Eligibility Criteria :
• Education : Graduate in any stream.
• Sales Experience

o Strong verbal and written communication skills.

o Basic computer knowledge, especially in MS Word and Excel.

o Proficient keyboarding skills.

o Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management.

o Pleasant personality with a soft-spoken and approachable demeanor.
