Key Responsibilities :
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of Oracle Fusion ERP projects across modules such as Finance, SCM, and HR.
- Define project scope, allocate resources, and manage timelines, milestones, and budgets.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and issue resolution.
- Oversee data migration, cutover planning, and postgo-live stabilization.
- Manage stakeholder communications and ensure transparent project reporting.
- Enforce project governance, documentation standards, and compliance best practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile :
7+ years of experience in project management, including 3+ years in Oracle Fusion / Cloud ERP implementation.Proven success in managing multiple full-cycle Oracle ERP projects.Strong client-facing and stakeholder management abilities.Proficiency in tools like JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Oracle Cloud are preferred.(ref : hirist.tech)
