About the role :

We are looking for experienced DevOps Engineers with 3- 8 years of relevant experience to join our technology team in Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cloud platforms, automation, and CI / CD pipelines. You will play a key role in building scalable infrastructure, streamlining deployment processes, and ensuring system reliability and security.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, implement, and maintain CI / CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
• Build, manage, and optimize containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Deploy and manage infrastructure through Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance using tools like Grafana, Prometheus, ELK / EFK, or DataDog.
• Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure, including networking, storage, and security configurations.
• Automate provisioning, scaling, and monitoring of servers and applications.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve build / release processes and ensure deployment reliability.
• Ensure adherence to security and compliance best practices.
• Participate in incident response, root cause analysis (RCA), and post-mortem reviews.
