We are seeking a Procurement Manager with over 10 years of experience to join our client. The key responsibilities for this role include :
- Developing and implementing innovative and cost-effective regional procurement strategies, adapting to the industry's evolving complexities.
- Formulating effective procurement and sourcing strategies.
- Identifying and establishing partnerships with reliable suppliers.
- Cultivating enduring relationships with industry vendors.
- Creating Block Estimates for all projects and obtaining necessary approvals.
- Generating Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and securing approvals from stakeholders.
- Soliciting proposals based on BOQ requirements.
- Evaluating proposals for pricing and specifications.
- Engaging in Techno-Commercial Negotiations with vendors to drive cost reductions.
- Reviewing contract specifications on behalf of the company.
- Assisting in vendor finalization processes.
- Coordinating with vendors to ensure timely product delivery.
- Establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with key suppliers.
- Overseeing technological systems for tracking shipments, inventory, and material supplies.
- Leading transformative initiatives to enhance procurement organizational capabilities and efficiency.
- Standardizing BOQs and rates.
- Monitoring the progress of all Work Orders / Purchase Orders.
- Approving / Releasing all Work Orders / Purchase Orders via the ERP module.
- Conducting regular site visits to verify adherence to BOQ specifications.
