📢 Job Description : Social Media Content Creator

We are looking for a creative 🎨 and data-driven 📊 Social Media Content Creator who can design, execute, and grow content strategies across Instagram 📸, TikTok 🎵, YouTube ▶️, and Meta platforms 💬.

This role is inspired by the engaging, character-driven content styles seen on bichi.mao, meetquack, bubududu_official, pudgypenguins, and milkmochabear — where short-form storytelling 📖, aesthetics ✨, and community engagement 💌 drive growth.

Responsibilities 🛠️

  • Develop and execute a social media content strategy 📅 aligned with brand goals.
  • Create high-quality, engaging content ✨ (posts, reels, stories, shorts, captions, hooks) tailored for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Meta.
  • Study and adapt trends 🔥, memes 😂, and competitor activity 🕵️‍♀️ to craft viral-ready content.
  • Ensure brand consistency 🎨 across all platforms with visually appealing design and storytelling.
  • Monitor analytics 📈, optimize content for reach, engagement, and conversion, and provide actionable insights.
  • Manage community engagement 💬 : reply to comments, DMs, and maintain a positive brand voice.

Qualifications & Skills 🎓

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
  • 3–5+ years 🗓️ of social media content creation experience (animation, character-driven, or viral video brands preferred).
  • Strong storytelling skills 📖 with a keen eye for design and aesthetics 🎨.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or equivalent.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools 📊 (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).
  • Knowledge of SEO 🔍, hashtags #️⃣, and platform-specific best practices.
  • Excellent written ✍️ and verbal 🗣️ communication skills. English fluency.
  • Ability to work independently 💪 and across global time zones 🌍. Nice to Have 💡
  • Experience with character-driven or animated content 🎭.
  • Multilingual 🌐 ability (Japanese 🇯🇵, Spanish 🇪🇸, Portuguese 🇵🇹, Hindi 🇮🇳, French 🇫🇷).
  • Track record of scaling pages to 100K+ followers 🚀 or 10M+ views 👀.
  • Knowledge of loop-based storytelling 🔄 and content retention tactics.
  • Ability to pitch 💡, storyboard 📝, or ideate original viral content 🎬.
