ADP Workflow Technical Consultant

Roles &Responsibilities :

 Design and development : Design, develop, and maintain interfaces for the integration

of data from PeopleSoft to ADP Workforce Now and vice versa. This includes using

People Tools such as Integration Broker, Application Engine, and PeopleCode.

 Data conversion and mapping : Execute data conversions and detailed mapping to

ensure seamless data flow between the two platforms. This requires expert knowledge

of the data structures in both ADP and PeopleSoft.

 Business analysis : Collaborate with functional teams and business stakeholders to

gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications and

solutions.

 Troubleshooting and support : Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues

related to the ADP and PeopleSoft integration. This can involve debugging

PeopleCode, SQR and Integration Broker analyzing data flows, and monitoring

integration processes.

 Testing : Develop and execute test plans, including unit testing, integration testing, and

supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that interfaces function as designed.
