1. Sales & Revenue Management - Align dispatches to achieve sales targets. Monitor service value cost and improve margins.
2. Customer Satisfaction - Improve NPS by ensuring timely dispatches and service levels.
3. Working Capital & Financial Efficiency - Manage receivables, reduce AR days, control Opex. Interact with AD banks for forex and export documentation.
4. Compliance & Risk Management - Ensure strict EXIM, FEMA, and statutory compliance. Manage risk across international commercial operations.
5. Digital Transformation - Drive digital initiatives to improve process efficiency.
6. People Management - Lead and develop a 5-member specialized team.
Candidate Profile
Qualification : Chartered Accountant (CA).
Experience : 8–10 years in export commercial processes, budgeting, forecasting, stakeholder engagement.
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
Sales target adherence.
Gross margin optimization.
Reduction in AR days.
Cost efficiency (SVC, Opex).
Customer satisfaction (NPS, dispatch adherence).
