Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Inside Sales Executive. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, and closing sales deals. Daily tasks include prospecting, handling inbound and outbound sales calls, providing exceptional customer service, and working closely with the sales team to achieve targets. Additionally, the executive will track sales metrics and report on performance regularly.

Qualifications

• Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales skills and ability to meet targets
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
