Head Of Sales - North America

As we expand our footprint in North America, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Head – North America to spearhead revenue growth, lead business development, and manage sales operations from our Chennai office, with travel to the US and Canada for key events, client meetings, and partnerships.

The Big Picture :

The Sales Head – North America will be responsible for end-to-end revenue generation , pipeline growth , and sales operations for the US and Canadian markets. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on business development , ensuring Illumine-i is positioned as a trusted engineering partner across energy sectors.

What you can expect as a Sales Head at Illumine-i?

Revenue & Business Development

• You'll own annual and quarterly revenue targets for North America.
• You'll drive new business acquisition while expanding existing accounts.
• You'll build senior-level relationships with EPCs, developers, utilities, and strategic partners.
