Responsibilities

• Should develop good understanding of the software products, solutions and policies so that those can be pitched to the customers
• Coordinate with customers through calls and emails to gather customer requirements and suggest appropriate solutions
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers and solve all client needs
• Follow up with customers so that every query of the customer is resolved and meets customer expectations
• Build good customer relationships so that customer is a long lasting customer
• Work closely with marketing and product development team so that you are up to date with the latest developments
• Good communication skills and English speaking skills
