Experience : 14+ years (5+ years as Product Owner).

We are looking for a seasoned Principal Software Product Owner to define the vision, roadmap, and execution of software products.

You will act as the bridge between business, technology, and end-users, ensuring products deliver maximum value and impact.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drive product strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritization for web / mobile solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams (Engineering, UX, QA, DevOps) to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Own the product backlog and ensure timely delivery of features and releases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, validate solutions, and align objectives.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and compliance 14+ years of experience; 5+ years as a Product Owner in web / mobile software.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SDLC.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving Experience in regulated industries.
• Knowledge of industry compliance standards (e.g., FDA, ISO).
• Product Owner certification (CSPO or equivalent).
• Lean / Build-Measure-Learn Bachelors in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
