Job Summary

We are seeking a Workday Certified Consultant with 8+ years of experience specializing in Workday integrations and API-based solutions . The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and supporting integrations between Workday and third-party systems, along with excellent client-facing and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using REST / SOAP APIs, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio
• Lead end-to-end integration implementations , enhancements, and production support
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Perform data transformations, error handling, logging, and reconciliation
• Troubleshoot integration issues and provide root-cause analysis
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT stakeholders
• Support Workday upgrades , testing cycles, and regression testing
• Prepare technical documentation and integration specifications
• Mentor junior consultants and provide technical guidance
