Job descriptionConduct legal research and draft opinions on ongoing and new legal matters Follow up and coordinate with advocates and legal officers on case progress Ensure compliance with substantive and procedural laws in litigation Analyze complex legal issues and provide logical, problem-solving insights
Key Deliverables :
- Manage litigation cases across Consumer Forums, District Courts, High Courts, Tribunals
- Draft and review legal documents including Complaints, Suits, Writs, Appeals, Contracts
- Coordinate with external counsels and assist in court / tribunal appearances
- Maintain and update MIS for all litigation cases and support legal dispute resolutions
