• Plan and implement age-appropriate, engaging, and interactive lesson plans for preschool-aged children
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment that encourages social, emotional, and cognitive development
• Utilize various teaching methods, materials, and resources to cater to different learning styles and abilities
• Encourage curiosity, creativity, and exploration through hands-on activities, play, and structured learning experiences
• Monitor and assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents / guardians on their development
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan school events, parent-teacher meetings, and activities
• Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, progress, and behavior
