💼 We’re Hiring : Data Operations Lead

Shift : 10 : 00 AM – 07 : 00 PM IST

Positions : 1 | Type : Full-Time

What You’ll Be Doing :

  • Lead and manage the Data Operations team responsible for data collection, enrichment,

validation, and delivery.

  • Implement and monitor data quality metrics, identify discrepancies, and drive process

    • improvements.

  • Collaborate with Engineering to ensure smooth data integration, automation, and process

    • scalability.

  • Work with Product and Business teams to define data requirements and ensure the data

    • supports business objectives.

  • Mentor and train the team on data tools, QA methods, and best practices.
  • Manage vendor relationships for external data sources or enrichment platforms.
  • Drive innovation by identifying automation opportunities and leveraging tools such as

    • SQL, Python, or BI platforms.

    Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems,

    • or a related field.

  • 7–10 years of experience in data operations, data management, or analytics, with at

    • least 4 years in a leadership role.

  • Strong understanding of data governance, ETL processes, and quality control

    • methodologies.

  • Hands-on experience with SQL, Excel / Google Sheets, and data visualization tools
  • Experience with automation tools like Python script is a plus.
  • Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills.

    • Proven ability to manage teams, meet tight deadlines, and maintain high standards of

    data quality.

  • Must be capable of working independently and delivering stable, efficient and reliable

    • software.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic

    • environment.

    Preferred Skills :

  • Experience in SaaS, B2B data, or lead intelligence industry.
  • Exposure to data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and compliance practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, global, and remote environments.

    • REPORTING : This position will report to the Senior Manager of Data Operations or any other

    Manager as assigned by Management.
