About the Role

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy, innovation, and execution of customer-centric trade banking solutions at Trade Pe.

This is a high-impact role at the intersection of product, technology, and business - responsible for driving product-market fit, defining roadmaps, and ensuring our offerings are intuitive, scalable, and deeply aligned with customer needs.

You will work closely with leadership, engineering, and business teams to conceptualize and deliver new cross-border payment and trade products that simplify global banking for Indian exporters and digital businesses.

Experience & Skills

Proven experience driving product strategy and lifecycle - from concept to launch and scale.

A product-first principle thinker who thrives on understanding customer pain points and solving them through design, technology, and process.

Strong understanding of cross-border trade and international payment flows, with exposure to exporter, importer, or MSME ecosystems.

Hands-on experience with API documentation, Postman, and API integrations.

Strong command over customer journey ownership - from onboarding to engagement and retention.

Detail-oriented, with the ability to translate complex workflows into simple, elegant solutions.

Ability to coordinate across design, engineering, and business teams, managing priorities and ensuring timely execution.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - across internal and external teams.

Experience in fintech, SaaS, or digital payments is an advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision : Define, own, and evolve the product roadmap for Trade Pe’s payments and trade banking stack.

Execution Leadership : Lead sprint planning and be the sprint owner, ensuring timely delivery of new releases and updates.

Customer Journey Ownership : Deeply understand user needs, pain points, and feedback to design seamless end-to-end experiences.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Drive alignment between business, design, and tech teams to ensure product coherence and timely go-lives.

API-Driven Development : Collaborate with backend and PSP teams to design, test, and enhance API-led integrations and workflows.

Data & Feedback Loop : Track adoption metrics, user engagement, and NPS; leverage insights for continuous improvement.

Scalability & Quality : Build processes and products that scale reliably across geographies, currencies, and business types.

Product Evangelism : Represent Trade Pe’s product vision across internal demos, partner meetings, and stakeholder discussions.
