Job Description : Migrate existing Business Objects reports to Tableau, ensuring data integrity, usability, and performance.Design and develop new reports in Power BI, including both tabular and visual formats based on business needs.Develop efficient data models and DAX calculations to support dynamic and scalable reporting solutions.Collaborate with analysts and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable reports.Perform thorough data validation and ensure accuracy across platforms and data sources.Track and manage work using Jira within an Agile delivery framework.Document data logic, data models, business rules, and report usage to support long-term maintainability.Apply BI best practices for performance optimization, reusability, and governance.Support data integration efforts or light ETL tasks when needed.

Essential Skills : The ideal candidate brings strong Tableau and SQL skills, hands-on experience with data modeling and DAX, and the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams in a fast-paced, Agile environment.Strong hands-on experience with Tableau (required), including data modeling and DAX.Proficiency in SQL for querying, transforming, and validating data (required).Familiarity with additional BI tools such as Power BI and Business Objects (preferred).Strong attention to detail and ability to independently troubleshoot datareporting issues. Attitude to learn new technologies depending on Project need.Knowledge of Agile and tools like JIRA, JenkinsKnowledge of Insurance domain (Annuities)Knowledge of AWS deploymentWorked on CICD implementation Worked on a version control toolExposure to SQLExcellent communication skills and ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical users.
