Job descriptionWork closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements. Provide strategic hiring insights, market intelligence, and timelines. Ensure smooth coordination and interview scheduling. Develop effective sourcing strategies for niche product-engineering roles. Handle salary discussions, negotiation, and offer closures. Manage recruitment dashboards, reports, and MIS. Maintain a seamless candidate experience. Ensure compliance with hiring policies and documentation. Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes. 9–11 years of recruitment experience Mandatory : Experience in product-based or top-tier tech companies Strong expertise in tech hiring (SDE, Data, Cloud, QA, DevOps, etc.) Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Strong negotiation, assessment, and market research skills Ability to join immediately
