Associate Product Manager

Key Responsibilities :

Product Management (70%) :

Collaborate with stakeholders, including student bodies, academic departments, and administrative staff, to understand user needs and pain points.

Assist in developing product roadmaps and feature prioritization.

Author clear and concise Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and user stories.

Work closely with UX / UI designers and engineers to translate requirements into functional and intuitive features.

Analyze product data and user feedback to inform future product decisions.

Quality Assurance (30%) :

Own the quality of the product by developing and executing comprehensive test plans for new features and regression testing.

Perform hands-on manual testing across web and mobile platforms to identify, document, and triage bugs.

Work directly with the development team to ensure bugs are resolved and quality standards are met before release.

Champion a culture of quality across the product development lifecycle.

Requirements

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management or a related field.

A minimum of 1 year of experience in a Product Management, Product Analyst, or a similar role.

A strong understanding of QA principles and methodologies. Prior hands-on experience as a QA Analyst or Engineer is highly desirable.

A deep passion for understanding users and building solutions that meet their needs.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Ability to break down complex problems, think critically, and use data to make informed decisions.

A proactive team player who can work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Bonus Points : Experience working with EdTech platforms or university management systems.
