Programme Title – AI ENABLED PAYMENT ANALYST PROGRAMME-2026

We are looking for motivated individuals to be part of our AI ENABLED PAYMENT ANALYST PROGRAMME. Our AI Enabled Payments Analyst Programme is designed to arm you with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to excel in the fast-evolving payments industry.

Programme Duration : 8 months (2 months skills training followed by 6 months of active engagement on high-impact payment projects)

Job Description –

We are looking for professionals with 1-3 years of banking or Technology experience in the Payments domain who want to make their career in AI enabled payment industry.

Job Role – Analyst

Working – Hybrid (5 days in office for the first 2 months & post that 4 days in office until end of program).

Job Location – Pune, India

Employment Type : Permanent after successful completion of 8 months (Training and Probation).

Starting Salary : The programme offers a competitive starting salary of 10 LPA , effective from the first day of training and continuing throughout the training period.

Assessments : First Assessment in April 2026 (Post Training Completion) and Probation / Graduation Review in Oct 2026.

Required Skills :

Core Skill – QA or BA in Payments Domain (Payments basics, SWIFT & ISO20022 messages, high value and low value payment schemes, CBPR+ etc.) and Passionate about AI.

Basic QA Skills – SDLC, Creation of test scenarios / test cases / test data, Defect management, collaboration with other teams, Tools (ALM / JIRA / SoapUI etc.)

Or

Basic BA Skills – Requirements gathering / analysis, impact / gap analysis, stakeholder management etc.
