Role Overview :
The HR – Talent Acquisition Lead will be responsible for driving the end-to-end recruitment strategy for ODESPA Wellness under Ridhira Group. This includes building a strong workforce for the pre-opening phase and supporting long-term recruitment for operations. The role demands hands-on experience in hiring across hospitality, wellness, and luxury service sectors, with strong alignment to the Group’s culture and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for all ODESPA Wellness departments including spa, wellness, front office, culinary, housekeeping, and operations.
- Design and execute a pre-opening recruitment plan aligned with the Group’s business and project timelines.
- Partner with leadership and departmental heads to understand manpower requirements and finalize job descriptions.
- Source and attract top talent through innovative channels – job portals, social media, industry networks, and hospitality institutes.
- Manage employer branding initiatives to position ODESPA and Ridhira Group as preferred employers in the wellness and hospitality industry.
- Conduct initial screening, interviews, and coordinate final rounds with hiring managers.
- Oversee offer management, onboarding, and joining formalities ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards and report hiring metrics to Group HR.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment partners and training institutes .
- Support the HR function with workforce planning, L&D initiatives, and culture integration across the Group.
Required Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong exposure to hospitality, wellness, or resort pre-openings .Experience hiring across all levels – operations, spa therapists, wellness experts, chefs, and management roles.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Strong understanding of hospitality and wellness industry dynamics .Tech-savvy with experience using ATS, Recruiter, and HR analytics tools.Key Competencies :
