Job Summary :

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Analyst with 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, the ability to identify issues, and ensure the overall quality of deliverables.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct manual testing of web and mobile applications.
Create, update, and execute test cases.
Identify, document, and track bugs using bug-tracking tools.
Perform functional, regression, smoke, and usability testing.
Ensure product quality and report findings to the development team.
Work closely with developers, designers, and product teams to improve product performance.
Validate fixes and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Maintain clear testing documentation.

Required Skills :

Strong understanding of software testing lifecycle (STLC) and bug lifecycle.

Knowledge of different testing types (functional, regression, usability, etc.).

Experience with bug tracking tools (JIRA, Trello, ClickUp, or similar).

Basic understanding of SQL and APIs (added advantage).

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
