The Apple MP&S Interactive Content Management GEO Partner role will be responsible for acting as Apple lead for Content Management function in their GEO office, providing oversight of agency collaboration and a key connection point between GEO, Marcom, MP&S, and agency teams. This role works closely with agency partners, as well as with the Apple Digital Product team, Platform owners & Engineering teams, Digital Producers, GEO Alt Producers, Development, QA and Leadership in a highly collaborative and team-oriented environment providing expert subject matter expertise as the Apple Content Management point of contact and escalation point for all Content Management results in their GEO. The Apple MP&S Interactive Content Management GEO Partner role will develop and manage relationships both internally at Apple and with agency partners, monitoring status and ongoing progress of Content Management results for their region, ensuring the Marcom's high quality standards are met at every stage. This role will also be responsible for ensuring that Apple and Content Management agency partners are aligned on key performance metrics, making sure accountability through reporting and analytics, and proactively looking around corners to decrease conflict and risk for Content Management.
Responsibilities
- Provide lead within Apple GEO office embodying Marcom's core values and differentiating perspectives
- Represent the Content Management function in decision points and achievements at the leadership level for their region
- Maintain and develop relationships with key strategic partners through Marcom and MP&S
- Lead all aspects of agency production for GEO Content Management work; involved with key projects from start to finish, as accountable role for successful project outcomes from the CM point of view
- Monitor and assess business risk and constraints (schedule / scope / resources).
- Provide troubleshooting and make decisions as a point of escalation in-GEO for Content Management, supported by deep understanding of the function and how it is supported
- Own proactive problem solving with agency partners and internal teams to resolve conflict, issues and roadblocks
- Work with all leadership and departments to develop integrated solutions and find opportunities to optimize efficiency and quality of the work CM provides for the region
- Understand and input on business objectives, challenges and opportunities for Marcom in relation to CM in their region
- Maintain working knowledge of CMS tools in their GEO, and elevate missed opportunities in systems or processes
- Collaborate with agency teams to ensure high-quality deliverables that are consistent with expected standards
- Contribute to planning activities, providing business context for staffing efficiency

Minimum Qualifications
7-10 years experience in localization and content management for digital properties5+ years work experience in agency / design firm5+ years management experience in related fieldProficient in English, Hindi, TeluguPreferred Qualifications
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsExperience navigating large and complex organizations, including gaining access to key partners and leadership and successfully managing relationship building dynamics and processesDeep understanding of the role of company and agency as separate but strong partnersRich experience in the localization process for interactive propertiesProven technical competence in CMS and underlying architecture; advanced experience with AEM front- and back-end a plusDemonstrated success identifying, assessing, and recommending solutions for CMS issuesDeftly influences without authority
