Essential requirements of an ideal candidate for the Retail / E-Commerce Customer Service Associate role in Howrah :

• A minimum of six months experience in a call center setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Freshers with a keen interest in customer service and a readiness to learn are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Must be proficient in English, Hindi, and Bengali and communicate effectively in these languages.
• An understanding of the E-Commerce ecosystem and the ability to navigate its basic operations.
• Possess excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage various customer situations effectively.
