Job descriptionExcellent communication skills. Quick problem-solving abilities. Willingness to work in a 24x7 setup. A proactive mindset and strong time management. Provide remote support for laptops, desktops, LAN issues, and applications. Troubleshoot across platforms Windows, Android, iOS. Support Microsoft tools : Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Skype. Handle registry fixes, patch upgrades, virus / security troubleshooting. Collaborate on network issues including VPN, TCP / IP, and OSI models. Intermediate knowledge of OS, browsers, and MS Office Suite. Experience in a busy ICT Service Desk environment. Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
