Description : Must Have :
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in AI development, preferably in environments focused on voice, chat, or conversational AI.
- Proven experience in deploying AI systems that enhance day-to-day business operations or enterprise workflows.
- Strong understanding of LLMs (Large Language Models), NLP, and Voice Recognition systems.
- Familiarity with AI tools and platforms like OpenAI, Azure AI, Hugging Face, Dialogflow, Rasa, or similar frameworks.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Design, develop, and deploy intelligent chatbots and voice assistants using AI, ML, NLP, and speech recognition technologies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate conversational AI into existing business systems and workflows.Develop and maintain high-quality, efficient, and scalable codebases for AI-powered chatbot systems.Continuously improve conversational models through feedback loops, data analysis, and model fine-tuning.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to chatbot functionality, latency, accuracy, and performance.Research and apply the latest trends in AI, generative models, and voice interaction technologies.Build custom AI solutions to enhance business processes and automate routine operations.Desired Candidate Profile :
510 years of experience in AI / ML / NLP / Voice Recognition and chatbot development.Strong knowledge of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.Experience with API integrations, microservices, and cloud-based AI platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Prior experience working on AI copilots, virtual assistants, or enterprise automation tools is a strong plus(ref : hirist.tech)
