Freelance Role : Oracle Utilities Techno-Functional Consultant (CC&B / C2M / MDM)

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Utilities Techno-Functional Consultant to support, implement, and enhance Oracle Utilities applications, including Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) , Customer to Meter (C2M) , and Meter Data Management (MDM) .

The consultant will be responsible for system configuration, functional design, and integration of Oracle Utilities products within complex enterprise environments.

Key Technical Responsibilities

• Implement and support Oracle Utilities (CC&B, C2M, MDM, MTM, MWB, MCP) modules.
• Analyze, design, and configure solutions using the Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) .
• Create functional and technical design documents based on business and system requirements.
• Configure forms, workflows, and portlets , and manage integrations with other enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot and optimize Meter-to-Cash (M2C) flows and billing processes.
• Integrate CC&B with operational systems such as MDM, WAM, and NMS using middleware or APIs.
• Understand and document CC&B / C2M / MDM data models and configuration dependencies.
• Collaborate with QA and testing teams to validate configurations, regression scenarios, and system functionality.
