Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Automation Test Engineer with strong expertise in Selenium WebDriver using C# to develop and maintain high-quality test automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in automation strategy, scripting, debugging, and continuous integration.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with C# .
Build and maintain robust automation frameworks (POM, Data-driven, Hybrid, BDD).
Collaborate with QA leads, developers, and product teams to define automation scope and test strategies.
Perform regression, functional, system, and integration testing using automation tools.
Integrate automation suites with CI / CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions , etc.
Troubleshoot test failures, identify root causes, and document defects in tracking tools (JIRA, Azure Boards).
Ensure clear documentation of scripts, frameworks, and processes.
Continuously optimize automation scripts and improve test coverage.

Required Skills & Qualifications

4+ years of hands-on experience in Automation Testing using Selenium with C# .

Strong proficiency in C# , OOP concepts, LINQ, and collections.

Experience with NUnit , MSTest, or xUnit frameworks.

Strong understanding of Page Object Model (POM) and automation design patterns.

Experience using SpecFlow (BDD) is preferred.

Good knowledge of API automation (RestSharp, Postman, Swagger).

Hands-on experience with Git for version control.

Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI).

Basic understanding of SQL and database validations.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Good to Have

Experience with cloud-based test platforms (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs).

Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.G., JMeter).

Exposure to Agile / Scrum environment.

Understanding of Docker or container-based testing.
