Job Description - Generative AI Software Engineer
Overview :
CoreOps.AI is looking for an experienced Generative AI Software Engineer with a strong foundation in LangChain, LangGraph, and vector databases, along with a basic understanding of RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation). The ideal candidate will contribute to building intelligent AI-driven applications, experiment with GenAI frameworks, and collaborate with data scientists and engineers to optimize performance and scalability.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and implement GenAI applications using LangChain and LangGraph frameworks.
- Work with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, or similar) for document retrieval and context management.
- Build and optimize RAG pipelines, conducting basic experimentation with retrieval and generation workflows.
- Collaborate with data engineers, AI researchers, and full-stack teams to integrate AI components into production systems.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for scalable GenAI applications.
- Support model testing, evaluation, and improvement & Experience :
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in software development, with 2+ years in AI / ML or Generative AI projects.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with LangChain and LangGraph.
- Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or Chroma.
- Understanding of RAG concepts (context retrieval, prompt construction, and model response generation).
- Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, etc.).
Preferred Skills :
Exposure to LLM fine-tuning or prompt engineering.Familiarity with model deployment and API integration.Understanding of cloud-based AI services (Azure AI, AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI).Good analytical, debugging, and collaboration skills.About CoreOps.AI :
