Key responsibilities

Procurement and sourcing : Conduct market research to find the best suppliers and negotiate contracts and pricing.

Order and inventory management : Create, review, and process purchase orders, track orders to ensure timely delivery, and monitor stock levels to maintain optimal inventory.

Quality assurance : Establish and ensure quality standards for purchased goods and services and address any issues with non-supplied or damaged goods.

Cost management : Analyze costs to optimize budgets and ensure purchases are made cost-effectively.

Reporting and administration : Maintain records of purchases, process invoices, and prepare reports on purchasing activities, including cost analyses.
