About Department :
TresVista is looking to hire a Design Team Lead who will be a part of the Design team. The team lead will work closely with the operations team and help enhance the output of the Design and presentations for the client. The primary goal of this department is to offer graphic and document support to clients for their marketing and internal deck designs. Currently, the department comprises two main verticals : Graphic Design and Document Design, each with distinct roles and responsibilities. Both teams contribute to creating brand collaterals, marketing materials, templates, presentations, and content marketing.
Responsibilities Assumed :
TresVista is looking to hire a Design Team Lead who will be a part of the Design team. The team lead must assume responsibility for the creative output of TresVista, maintaining standards for all communications and brand integrity through effective management of our talented design team.

Overseeing the execution team of Design Analyst and SpecialistsProviding guidelines on complex projects and overall project executionSeamlessly communicating with the Financial Services and Design teamManaging daily staffing and conflicts within the teamCommunicating complex briefs and concepts to the Design team as well as setting and managing expectations aroundWork allocation support designers to manage their time effectively to meet the demanding requirements of the businessPreparing drafts and presenting ideas to manage and deliver the projects as per client deadlinesParticipating and contributing in calls with the Financial Services teams and the clientMaximizing quality for all project deliverables and maintaining average project feedback of 4+ (out of 5)Operational Responsibilities :
Providing leadership, motivation, and mentoring the team to align them with departmental goals and ensure they have arobust performance management structure in placeEnsuring final artwork and layouts are visually appealing as per the client brandingPerforming quality control checks at all the stepsEnsuring the team meets its monthly and annual objectivesEnsuring that new techniques and processes to provide the best quality of designs and updating training material based on new technology and business requirementTechnical skills required :
Expert level in InDesign, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, AI tools, e.g., CanvaExpert level in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Premier and After EffectsExperience :
