Key Deliverables :

  • Launch and scale Rippling's Dashboards product as the core analytics interface.
  • Architect real-time analytics systems with sub-2s latency using technologies like Apache Presto and Pinot.
  • Lead technical strategy, architecture, and roadmap for BI and analytics products.
  • Hire and grow a high-performing engineering team in Bangalore.

Role Responsibilities :

  • Drive execution, enforce engineering excellence, and lead complex distributed systems design.
  • Create a high-impact team culture focused on ownership, delivery, and customer-centricity.
  • Engage hands-on with architecture reviews and long-term technology decisions.
  • Collaborate with product and business teams to align engineering initiatives with OKRs.
