RPA Developer - Power Automate

About the role :

• This is a HANDS-ON role with a passion for understanding problems & opportunities, envisioning solutions, designing & developing end-to-end automations with Blue Prism RPA platform and VBA. The position brings deep SME knowledge and proven delivery experience in the RPA domain.
• The role is 70% focused on new projects and 30% on providing production :
• A university (4-year) bachelors degree in computer science is a must-have.
• Any scripting knowledge is added an advantage
• Having Blue Prism Professional Developer certification is added an Experience haves :
• Must have a minimum of 3years in VBA development and MS SQL.
• Must have a minimum experience of 3 years developing and deploying botbased automations using latest version of the Blue Prism platform.
• Must have a minimum experience of 1 years performing Blue Prism administrative tasks like user management, scheduling, monitoring resources & capacity, resolving exceptions & issues, and moving packages across different environments.
• Must have the technological curiosity and skill to convert a business problem to a technical problem from an Automation to have :
• Prior experience with Power Automate, Power pages and Dataverse is a :
• Work with the business leaders to analyze and understand the current state of the business processes, identify solutions for the TO-BE state.
• Develop the TO-BE design that addresses the core needs adhering to the Blue Prism design principles & conventions.
• Unit test and UAT support
• Track issues, bugs and fix them in a timely fashion.
• Monitor, refine & improve processes and workflows based on customer feedback.
• Create and maintain automation related documentation like PDD, SDD, Factors :
• Be a relentless voice for the customer within the development and operations team and constantly look for ways to improve customer experience.
• Inquisitive mind, not afraid to ask questions and express opinions for the betterment of

the operations.
