About the Role :
We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle JDE Technical Worldsoft Specialist for a 12-month, remote contract. This role is crucial for providing expert technical support, resolving system issues, and delivering training to our clients. You'll be a key part of our team, ensuring the stability and performance of the Oracle JDE Worldsoft system.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide expert technical support and perform troubleshooting for the Oracle JDE Worldsoft system.
- Diagnose and resolve a wide range of technical problems reported by users.
- Manage and respond to customer service requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement solutions that enhance system performance and user experience.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions for clients and end-users.
- Work independently to manage day-to-day tasks and project deliverables.
Qualifications :
9+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle JDE, with a strong focus on the Worldsoft platform.Proven expertise in technical support and troubleshooting.Strong background in Information Technology and Customer Service.Demonstrable experience in delivering effective training.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively and independently in a remote setting.A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.(ref : hirist.tech)
