Salary upto : 5.5lpa Annually.
What You'll Do :
- Lead a team of customer service agents handling inbound / Outbound(sales)
- Monitor performance, coach team members, and drive results.
- Handle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality.
- Prepare performance reports and ensure SLA compliance.
