Job Summary :
- Responsible for productivity of the Agency Office
- Agent Recruitment and Development
- Attaining sales goals, delivering exceptional customer service, and growing the office's revenues YoY
Key Responsibilities / Key Deliverables :
To meet the revenue targets for the BranchTo track the productivity measures as per the GPA : Premium per agent , case rate , persistency, Paid cases per agent , CSG Calls , Retention Rate and annual WFYPstandards.To identify ,interview and select new Agency Development ManagersConduct weekly performance review (PRP) for ADMsTo ensure retention of FLS by formulating their development plans , meeting their training needs and communicating with them on a regular basis .Maximise Profitability by utilizing Protection Sales and Cross-SellMonitoring Employee parameters like Overall ADM meeting WFYP Standards and New ADM SuccessSupervise the activity plan of ADM & Agents to ensure that these are fulfilled as per the desired standardsTo ensure that all FLS and Agents under supervision perform as per the company's rules and regulationsTaking care of Customer parameters in the shape of 13 th & 25 th month persistencyTaking care of MTD Active agent ManmonthsMeasures of Success :

Education & Experience :
Graduate preferably with an MBA7-10 years of experience in sales and sales management ,recruitment , supervision and development of peopleShould have local market exposure and experience in process driven ,quality sales system organizationsKnowledge & Skill Matrix :
