Job description

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plastic Surgeon to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing reconstructive cosmetic and corrective surgeries with a focus on enhancing patients appearance restoring function and ensuring patient safety. The role also requires a commitment to patient care continuous learning and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct patient consultations to understand medical history needs and desired outcomes.
  • Perform surgical and non-surgical plastic and reconstructive procedures.
  • Develop tailored treatment plans ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with anesthesiologists nurses and other specialists during procedures.
  • Provide pre-operative and post-operative care monitoring recovery and outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
  • Ensure adherence to medical ethics clinical standards and hospital protocols.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements and technologies in plastic and reconstructive surgery.
  • Educate and guide patients on treatment options risks and expected outcomes.

Qualifications & Requirements :

  • MBBS and MS / MD in General Surgery Plastic Surgery (or equivalent recognized degree).
  • Valid medical license to practice as a Plastic Surgeon.
  • Proven experience in cosmetic reconstructive and microsurgical procedures.
  • Strong understanding of patient safety surgical protocols and infection control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate approach with a strong focus on patient satisfaction.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

    • Preferred Skills :

  • Expertise in both surgical and non-surgical aesthetic procedures (e.g. Botox fillers laser treatments).
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and precision in surgical techniques.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development.
