NetSuite Architect

A NetSuite Architect plays a pivotal role in designing, customizing, and optimizing our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform. The position demands an in-depth understanding of Accounting, Finance, and Inventory modules, combined with strong technical expertise in SuiteScript, integrations, solution design, and system architecture.

The ideal candidate will act as the technical and functional lead, partnering with business leaders to translate requirements into scalable ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Leading overall NetSuite solution architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business strategy.
Defining best practices for system design, module configuration, and integrations across Accounting, Finance, and Inventory.
Staying current with NetSuite's latest SaaS releases and recommending adoption strategies for new features.

Accounting & Finance Modules

Architecting solutions for General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Revenue Recognition, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting.

Implementing and optimizing approval workflows, compliance controls (GAAP / IFRS), and automation for financial processes.

Designing advanced dashboards, KPIs, and analytics for finance leadership.

Inventory & Operations Modules

Architecting and optimizing Inventory Management, Order Management, Procurement, and Warehousing processes.

Designing integrations with logistics, supply chain, and warehouse management systems.

Technical Leadership

Overseeing and reviewing development work (SuiteScript 2.0 / 2.1, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk REST / SOAP, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteQL).

Establishing coding standards, deployment processes, and governance frameworks.

Mentoring and guiding developers, administrators, and business analysts in solution design and best practices.

Integrations & Data

Designing and overseeing integrations with external platforms (banking, CRM, e-commerce, payment gateways, BI tools).

Defining data migration strategies and ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance.

Requirements

10-15 years of NetSuite experience, with 3–5 years in an Architect or Lead role.

Strong expertise in Accounting, Finance, and Inventory modules.

Hands-on experience with SuiteScript 2.x / 2.1, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, SuiteAnalytics.

Proven track record designing large-scale, multi-subsidiary, multi-currency NetSuite implementations.

Priorities

NetSuite certifications (ERP Consultant, SuiteCloud Developer II, SuiteFoundation, SuiteAnalytics).
