Key Responsibilities :

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce implementations.
Write detailed and structured user stories and acceptance criteria for Agile delivery.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and Salesforce technical teams.
Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to support data-driven decisions.

Required Skills :

Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst.

Strong in requirement gathering, story writing, and Salesforce reporting / dashboards.

Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales, Service, and Health Cloud modules.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
