Process Automation Specialist

We are hiring for Control Engineers.

Experience Range - 3 to 7 years.

Job description -

Must Have Technical / Functional Skills

• Extensive understanding of industrial automation and control systems
• Technical leadership within PLC / HMI / SCADA projects relates to Wonderware / AVEVA System Platform and Wonderware Intouch.
• Exposure on Legacy control system upgrade or PLC and HMI migrations.
• Experience with integration of Wonderware HMI with Control systems like PLCs, Historian products and integration with MES and Business layer applications using edge technologies like MQTT protocol, web services etc.
• Good hands-on expertise in AVEVA system platform design, development, and integration with third party applications.
• Experience in Ignition SCADA OR Rockwell FT View Site Edition SCADA design & development.
• Worked on different communication protocols and OPC DA drivers, OPC UA for plant floor connectivity. Integration with enterprise layer i.E. MES systems or Enterprise database connectivity.
• Experience in AVEVA process historian, Alarm database connectivity, configuration and database management.
• Experience of application set up, installation & configuration.
• Experience with SAT / FAT (testing) & commissioning of control system.
• Experience with control system application Upgrades & Migrations
• Experience of control system project execution in pharma domain
• Project specific documentation creation
• Hands-on experience in Rockwell PLC would be an added advantage.
• Awareness with standards like ISA-95, ISA-88
