Job Summary :
We are seeking an Administration Lead to oversee and optimize administrative functions at a leading mutual fund company. The role will manage administrative operations support senior leadership ensure compliance and streamline office processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and manage the administrative team to ensure smooth office operations.
Oversee office management facilities and vendor relations.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Coordinate internal and external communications and meetings.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or a related field.
10 years of administrative management experience preferably in the financial services or mutual fund industry.
Strong leadership organizational and communication skills.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the mutual fund industry is a plus.
