Job description

We are looking for a driven and motivated Sales Officer to manage and grow General Trade (GT) operations across key markets in Assam. About the Role The ideal candidate should have 2–4 years of experience in FMCG or consumer goods sales, with a strong understanding of retail distribution, market coverage, and channel management. This role involves achieving sales targets, managing distributors, and ensuring brand visibility and product availability across retail outlets. Key Responsibilities Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory. Manage existing distributors and retail partners to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment. Identify, appoint, and onboard new distributors and retailers to expand market presence. Ensure effective implementation of trade schemes, promotions, and merchandising activities.
