📢 We’re Hiring : Performance Marketer (Full-Time, WFO) | Gurgaon

🔧 What You’ll Do

Own end-to-end paid media across Google, Meta & more—prospecting, retargeting, automation.
Manage budgets to deliver stellar ROI and efficient CAC.
Run A / B tests, landing-page tweaks, and conversion-rate optimisation.
Analyse & report performance via easy-to-digest dashboards; surface insights that move the needle.
Collaborate with leadership on funnel improvements and growth roadmaps.
Stay ahead of performance-marketing trends and technologies.

🔍 What Makes You a Great Fit

2–5 years’ hands-on performance-marketing experience.

Proven track record scaling profitable digital campaigns.

Expert with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, remarketing, and analytics tools.

Strong analytical chops; comfortable drawing insights from complex data sets.

Clear communicator, creative problem-solver, and proactive team player.

Bonus : experience in consumer‐brand, skincare / beauty, or D2C environments.
