The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to build and elevate the Dextrus brand.
This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution — from designing campaigns to driving partnerships, PR, and digital growth.
You will work closely with leadership to shape how Dextrus communicates, scales, and stays ahead in a fast-evolving workspace landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Your tasks are : (not limited to and will constantly evolve based on your capabilities and manager feedback)
Implementing Plan & Strategy :
- Create a strategic plan for Dextrus to achieve and maintain a competitive advantage in the market.
- Execute designed strategy via marketing channels and activities.
- Key focus areas will be Brand Communication, PR, and Digital Marketing. Other areas of focus for ideation and execution will be Events, Partnerships & Alliances and exploring guerilla marketing techniques to increase brand awareness and brand engagement.
- Lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products / services
- Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to produce effective selling strategies
- Monitor current campaigns with agencies, ensuring their teams meet deadlines and complete contracted deliverables
- Analyze data to evaluate the success of marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure
- Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones
- Represent the marketing team to cross-functional groups including product management, sales, or customer support
- Updating senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of strategy
- Handling and working in sync with internal and external teams and agencies towards achieving quarterly and annual goals.
- Working with the Dextrus community to curate experiences that add value to the members
Budgeting :
Track and measure the success of campaigns across channels, report the ROI and performance to the management teamDevelop and manage marketing budgets on a quarterly and yearly basisMarketing Activities :
Collaborate with media organizations and advertising agenciesBrainstorm ideas for new campaigns with internal team membersManage all aspects of execution with external agencies - content, design, PR and social media campaignsBuild partnerships to meet brand as well as sales goalsExecute partnerships, alliances and collaborations for conducting events at the workspacePromote our business, product and servicesAssist the brand and team when required to write relevant content and createWhat You’ll Bring
8–10 years of experience in brand marketing, communications, or digital growth roles.Proven success in managing agencies, budgets, and integrated marketing campaigns.Excellent written and spoken communication skills with strong storytelling ability.Experience with PR, partnerships, and growth marketing across online and offline channels.Strong organizational and analytical skills with familiarity in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn.A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Arts, Business Management, or Commerce.Bonus Points For
