As a key member of our engineering team, you'll work closely with other Engineers, Product Managers, and underwriters to develop, improve, and deploy machine learning models and to solve other optimization problems.

Our primary goals include credit decisions, customer service, and fraud prevention. In these areas, we use machine learning and LLM / NLP to automate interactions and provide context to our teams.

• Credit Decisions : We focus on understanding and building signals from unstructured and structured data to identify good borrowers.
• Customer Service : Our aim is to use machine learning and NLP to automate customer service interactions and provide valuable insights to our teams.
• Fraud Prevention : We strive to identify patterns of fraudulent behavior and build models to detect and prevent these behaviors.
