Creative & Brand Management
Oversee all creative marketing, content, and branding initiatives ensuring consistent messaging and visual standards.Brainstorm, conceptualize, and execute marketing ideas across digital and physical touchpoints .Champion the company's brand identity and storytelling across platforms.Digital & Demand Generation
Manage all digital channels including website, social media, email marketing, SEO / SEM, and digital advertising .Plan and execute campaigns to generate qualified leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize ROI .Regional & Global Strategy Execution
Tailor strategies for India, Asia, Europe, and North America .Collaborate with regional sales and product teams to support GTM initiatives .Plan participation in trade shows, conferences, and customer events .Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with Product, Sales, and Operations teams to align on launches, positioning, and customer engagement.Partner with HR and Corporate Communications for internal branding and employee engagement.Analytics & Insights
Establish metrics and dashboards for campaign performance, customer engagement, and brand visibility.Provide strategic insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Skills Required
