Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing Leadership

  • Define, develop, and execute marketing strategies aligned with company vision and growth objectives.
  • Translate business goals into integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue.
  • Build regionalized strategies tailored to cultural, business, and market dynamics.

Creative & Brand Management

  • Oversee all creative marketing, content, and branding initiatives ensuring consistent messaging and visual standards.
  • Brainstorm, conceptualize, and execute marketing ideas across digital and physical touchpoints .
  • Champion the company's brand identity and storytelling across platforms.
  • Digital & Demand Generation

  • Manage all digital channels including website, social media, email marketing, SEO / SEM, and digital advertising .
  • Plan and execute campaigns to generate qualified leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
  • Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize ROI .
  • Regional & Global Strategy Execution

  • Tailor strategies for India, Asia, Europe, and North America .
  • Collaborate with regional sales and product teams to support GTM initiatives .
  • Plan participation in trade shows, conferences, and customer events .
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with Product, Sales, and Operations teams to align on launches, positioning, and customer engagement.
  • Partner with HR and Corporate Communications for internal branding and employee engagement.
  • Analytics & Insights

  • Establish metrics and dashboards for campaign performance, customer engagement, and brand visibility.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
