About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Leader to spearhead our sales efforts in the European region , focusing on technology staffing solutions . The ideal candidate is a proven hands-on sales professional with a strong background in new business development , driving growth across both global IT services organizations as well as enterprise customers .
This is not just a leadership role but also a player-coach role —you will be directly responsible for generating new business while also guiding and enabling the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales strategy and execution for the Europe market in technology staffing.
- Drive new business acquisition from global IT services companies and enterprise clients.
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships to achieve revenue targets.
- Develop go-to-market strategies and identify growth opportunities across key accounts.
- Act as a hands-on sales contributor , actively engaging in client meetings, pitches, and deal closures.
- Mentor and guide the sales team to achieve their goals while setting high-performance standards.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful staffing solutions for clients.
Required Experience & Skills
10–15 years of proven sales experience in technology staffing / IT services .Strong track record of selling to large IT services companies and enterprise customers in Europe (experience in US market is a plus).Demonstrated ability to build and scale new business opportunities.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote setup .Willingness to be hands-on in driving sales, not just managing.Strong existing network of CXOs, procurement heads, and staffing decision-makers in Europe.
